Jumping jacks Socks

Today is a post with lot of things to show you and talk about!

If you follow me on my instagram profile, you have seen my January Socks for 2 KALs ...( you have to follow me on Ravelry too!!! but anyway, if you want to have every details for those socks, Every thing is written on my Ravelry profile!!!)

So I introduce you my January socks....

The pattern is "Jumping Jacks" from the Plucky knitter HERE

This is a pattern to buy so I can't really talk about the details with you, but all I have to say is that it's a really funny pattern.

SIMPLE....EASY to follow, and really really beautiful when it is done!

I chose a navy stripes style, but If you have a look to the original pattern you will se it in Mustard and black...and Really... I think I will do it in these colors too.
But , well, you can make your own mix of colors.

Every parts of the pattern is just amazing because it is feminin and well constructed.

So YES...I recommand this pattern 100%

The little thing - is that you have to be concentrated on the heel part, when you change the color and when you knit the heel, but that is not a big deal!

I am in the navy mood and I love it!

And Here is my first pair of socks in my Box for the KAL: Boxosocks2017 (1 pair of socks by month)

And I couldn't tak about my socks without talking about my sock blockers.

I have read so much blogs and thing on it!!!!

But well, I think it is great to have it ( even if it is not essential) and I do love to have it!

But first, I wanted socks blockers and I flet in love with those made with wood and nice designs.
But when I saw the price, it made me think twice!

And When you see the price of those in plastic, you become desperate!!!

So My really lovely hubby said he could make socks blockers for me.

He bought the wood and every thing necessary....

And I try to draw my socks blockers!!! I can tell you that it is a MESS!!!!

But Well, here are my first pair!!!

I have to work on this a little again, but I really think it works!

Hubby made me turtles on those just for the fun, and I already think of other designs...
I must say that it will be nice to have higher blockers...
But EH!!!
I am happy with those nice blokers made with love!

And As you can see on pics, I have a pair of mittens blockers to work on!

And I couldn't talk about socks without showing my Son's socks too!!!

So this year will be my socks year HAHAHA!!!

Lot of great things to come too with my socks blockers!

And I have to figure out that the price of these babies worth it because it is lot of job to do it.
